If you are asking yourself, “Where did I end up”?” Let me introduce you to Green Flag Vulnerability, where vulnerability is a green flag.
Sharing your own personal story to others can help you on your path of healing and transformation as well as that other person. It helps to be more self-aware, promotes effective emotional processing, and reduces anxiety. Vulnerability can also help you in your own personal growth by making therapy more effective, leaning to accept yourself, and pushes us to be more authentic. Vulnerability also helps in our personal relationship, creating deeper connections, and creating greater empathy for each other.
Who Am I?
I myself am on my own personal journey of growth and healing. I have learned how powerful vulnerability can be in growth. I have created this to practice my own vulnerability and share my story of my journey. This is my story, my own memories, thoughts, and feelings behind each experience. As well as things I have found helpful along the journey. My goal is to let others know you are not alone and hopefully you find something that helps you on your own journey.
